How do I activate my annual pass?
Skansen’s annual passes are digital and used directly via your mobile phone. When you purchase an annual pass, it will be sent to you by email (for online purchases) or by SMS (for purchases made at the Skansen entrance).
Activate your annual pass
Before you can use your annual pass, it needs to be activated. You do this through the link you received:
- Open the link and tap “Activate season pass”.
- Fill in your user details and complete the activation.Once the activation is complete, your annual pass is ready to use!

When does my annual pass expire?
You can find the validity period of your annual pass on your digital ticket. The annual pass becomes valid from your first visit to Skansen and remains valid for twelve months. Activation does not affect the validity period.

How do I save my annual pass?
After activating your annual pass, you can choose to add it to your digital wallet.
- Open the link to your annual pass.
- Tap “More information”.
- Click the digital wallet icon at the top to add the pass.Done! Your annual pass is now saved in your digital wallet.

Where can I find my annual pass?
- For online purchases, the annual pass is sent to your email address.
- For purchases made at the Skansen entrance, it is sent by SMS to the mobile number provided at the time of purchase.

Have you lost your annual pass?
If you cannot find your SMS or email, please contact [email protected].
Provide the phone number used at the time of purchase or show a receipt/bank statement, and the pass can be resent to you.

Older annual passes
Annual passes purchased before 7 October 2025 are not digital.
If you would like to convert your physical pass into a digital one, please contact [email protected] and provide your personal identity number or card number, as well as the mobile number to which the pass should be sent.

Is the annual pass personal?
Yes, Skansen’s annual passes are personal and valid only for the person to whom the pass is registered.
Skansen’s staff reserve the right to check identification to prevent misuse of the pass.

Are there annual passes for children available?
No, there are no annual passes for children. Children aged 0–15 have free admission, but must have a free digital ticket booked before the visit.

Does the annual pass cover everything at Skansen?
Your annual pass grants admission to Skansen’s regular activities and exhibitions.
Separate tickets are required for certain events and activities such as concerts, performances, reserved seating for Allsång på Skansen, Skansen Aquarium, and certain courses and guided tours. Annual pass holders may receive discounts on selected events and activities, which will be shown at the time of booking.

The discount does not include alcohol.
